Badgers

I have a thing for badgers...even though I know they are predators, they have a nice appearance and a very recognizable beautiful coat. And they are fun to draw!

More than a stuffed badger in a museum or in a video on YouTube, I've never seen a live specimen in the wild. That's also because it lives in a network of underground tunnels during the day. After sunset they slowly but surely come out. I do the sketching, drawing or painting of these animals at home. I know their shape and first sketch a certain pose after which I work it out further.
